Day 1
Upon arrival in Wamena check in at Resort, lunch.
In the afternoon visit a local market in Wamena, and then to hanging bridge in Sinakma.

Day 2
In the morning drive to Jiwika, walk up to the salt-water spring on the mountain (45 minutes walk). Local Dani women will demonstrate how to make salt in traditional way.
Back to Jiwika we will have lunch in the local village of Kurulu.
After lunch visit the Mummy at Sopahima, visit also some typical Dani Village nearby. We will have an easy and very interesting walk through the Dani country

Day 3
In the morning leaving the Resort for a full-day traditional pig-festival in a Dani Village. Your chance to see a full ceremony and take pictures from each event. The traditional pig cooking with hot stones is one of the most interesting events on the highland of Irian Jaya.

Day 4
Early in the morning depart for a full day excursion to Lake Habema (approx. 3.300 meters above sea level), a 2 hours drive through extremely interesting vegetation on the mountains up to the sub-alpine and alpine flora areas. Upon arrival we will walk along the Lake and a local cook of the crew will prepare lunch. From the Lake we will have a spectacular view of the very close Mount Trikora. Back to the Resort late in the afternoon.

Day 5
In the morning we will walk up to the near Sekan-Mountain from where we will have a fantastic view over the Resort.
Rest of day in the resort area to see different corners and activities around the property.

Day 6
In the morning drive to Wesaput to see the local museum.
We continue and drive along the Baliem-River to Kurima, where we will visit a typical Dani terrace garden and also a hanging-bridge.

Day 7
In the morning drive to the Northwest of Baliem Valley behind the Pyramid.
From here we start with our boat-trip on the beautiful Baliem-River through untouched river-landscapes and hidden Dani villages along the river. The trip will be done by a big and comfortable rubber-boat. Lunch will be served en route in a traditional Dani Village. Most of the places along the river are not possible to be visited, because there are no roads or sometimes too far away from the river.

Day 8
A full day tour to a war-festival together with traditional pig cooking in a typical Dani Village nearby the resort. You will always remember the friendly Dani People, the beautiful resort and the Baliem-Valley.
